Information about withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), takes possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods under a single order and they were delivered together;
-
on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), takes possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered multiple goods under a single order and they were delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This can be done via email: SUPPORT@DRIFTONFASHION.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within 30 days after receiving your withdrawal notification.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will this refund incur any additional costs for you.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have:

received the returned goods, or
-
you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 30 days from the date on which you informed us of the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 30-day period has expired.
The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Reasons for exclusion and premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer;

for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or have a short expiry date;

for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed in the contract, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose value depends on market fluctuations;
-
for the supply of newspapers, magazines or periodicals, with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery;

for the supply of goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
-
for the supply of audio or video recordings and computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
